Bacon Cheddar Quiche
This quiche is perfect for a slow, at home weekend.
Ingredients

- 9 inch unbaked pie crust
- 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- handful of baby spinach, roughly chopped
- 5 large eggs
- 1 cup half and half
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat over to 400°
- Bake crust for about 10 minutes or until lightly brown
- Place bacon, cheese and spinach in partially baked crust
- Whisk the eggs and half and half together until mixed well
- Season with salt and pepper
- Pour over quiche filling
- Reduce oven to 375°
- Bake 35 – 45 minutes until center is set and no longer ‘jiggly’
- Let sit for a few minutes before slicing
- Serve warm
