Quick, Fluffy & Creamy Scrambled Eggs with a kick!
These scrambled eggs are so creamy and so easy to make. My entire family chooses these over any other eggs.
Ingredients

- 6 large, fresh eggs
- 1 oz cream cheese, softened – you can place in a glass dish and microwave for about 25 seconds
- shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt & Pepper (optional)
- Lumberjack seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- In a glass dish/bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and eggs.
- Whisk together until smooth.
- Add the shredded cheese – amount of your choice
- Salt and pepper
- Lumberjack seasoning
- Pour in skillet, medium heat – sprayed with oil to avoid sticking (I also use bacon grease because I am a country girl)
- While cooking, I pull away from the edges to get the liquid to continue to spread.
- Once the majority is cooked, I use a spatula to continue to mix throughly.
- Once the eggs are cooked to your preference, you can add additional shredded cheese on top.
- Serve and enjoy with your favorite breakfast meat and bread.
Notes
For every 6 eggs, you can use 1 oz. cream cheese.
