Simple 3-ingredient Avocado Toast

This is the simplest way to fix tasty avocado toast!  We do use Del Monte avocados as they have proven to be the biggest, best and most flavorful.  This toast comes in handy when the avocados are getting to their last days.

Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • Avocado – really ripe
  • Salt & Pepper to tast
  • Bread or English Muffin

Instructions

  1. Mash the avocado(s) well.
  2. Add Salt & Pepper.
  3. Spread on toast or English Muffin.
  4. Enjoy with fresh OJ or coffee.
