Stuffed Waffles

This house loves waffles!  Through the years I have never been able to get them ‘hard’ like we get in Disney.  But….this waffle maker is a game changer.  Heat up, fill 1/3, add your choice of stuffing – blueberries, strawberries, fruit filling or whatever – add more batter (follow the directions) and bake for 8 minutes.  Perfect!

Stuffed Waffles

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups – Krusteaz Pancake/Waffle Mix – I get the big bag at Costco
  • 1 1/2 cups of cold water or buttermilk (my pref 😍)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 T vegetable oil

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together – Pour in the waffle maker – Bake for 8 minutes – Enjoy!  Top with butter and syrup or whatever suits your fancy.
