Tartar Sauce

Recipe by Bev Crockett

We often fix fish filets, fish sticks or even fish sandwiches and this tartar sauce recipe is great.  One night when I realized we didn’t have any, I searched and found a recipe by Inspired Taste.  Most of the ingredients are on hand all the time.

Homemade Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 dill pickle – diced – your choice as to how much ‘dill’ you prefer
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 T fresh dill – I use a dill seasoning instead given I don’t typically have fresh dill
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce – can add more depending on your choice of flavor

Instructions

Easy!  Just mix together all ingredients and refrigerate for 30 minutes or so.  Then serve with your favorite fish.

Thanks for stopping by – until next time, may your days be grace filled, your kitchen warm and your heart rooted right where you are. 🩶
