Baked Shrimp with Garlic & Lemon Butter Sauce
With seafood being a weekly meal for us, I am always looking for options. I stumbled upon this Shrimp recipe from Cooking Classy so gave it a whirl and it is definitely one we will have again.

Ingredients
Scale
- 3 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined – I get the 3 lb. bag from Sam’s Club
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 T minced garlic
- 4 T fresh lemon juice
- Salt & Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper flakes, to taste – definitely optional
- 2 T minced fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Add garlic and saute for a few minutes.
- Stir lemon juice into butter mixture
- Place shrimp in baking dish
- Pour butter mixture over the shrimp
- Season with Salt and Pepper and red pepper flakes if you choose
- Stir the shrimp around to get evenly coated
- Bake until shrimp are cooked through (pink and opaque) about 9 – 13 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm, spooning sauce over shrimp
Notes
I served over rice with a small garden salad and bread.
