Swiss Chard
Honestly, I had never fixed this until last year when we our local produce family suggested. So here we are! And it’s such an easy, quick vegetable to fix.

Ingredients
Scale
- 3 – 4 leaves of Swiss chard
- Olive oil
- 3 – 4 garlic cloves
- Parmesan cheese – freshly grated – I get this at Costco and grate
Instructions
- Cut the leaves away from the stems of the Swiss chard
- Chop up the stems and leaves
- Drizzle Olive oil in medium skillet
- Add the stems and garlic, tossing until soft – about 5 minutes
- Add the chopped leaves
- Cook another 4 – 5 minutes
- Remove from the pan and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Serve warm – enjoy!

Thanks for stopping by – until next time, may your days be grace filled, your kitchen warm and your heart rooted right where you are. 🩶
