Creamy Corn Pudding
This is an old, old recipe that has been in our family for many years. Loved by most – some don’t like the nutmeg 🤣
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can creamed corn
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 T vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 T cornstarch
- Fill can corn half way with milk
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Pour into 8×8 greased baking dish
- Sprinkle nutmeg on top
- Place a few pats of butter on top
- Place in a pan with water
- Bake for 1 hour at 350°
