Nutter’s Ice Cream Shop

There’s something about hopping in the car and heading to Nutter’s. It makes my heart smile. This family-owned shop since the 90’s gives it a hometown feel. Tucked right in the heart of Sharpsburg, Maryland, Nutter’s Ice Cream is more than a treat – it’s a tradition. Simple, sweet, and full of the kind of joy that brings folks back year after year and really, all season long. It’s a local favorite where lines often stretch down the block (and people happily wait).

There are benches on the corners like ‘old school’ where you grab your cone or cup and sit outside on a summer evening. We have even heard folks talking about this little ice cream shop being on their bucket list. Someplace they had to visit…..so cool!
