In large mixing bowl, combine beef with bread crumbs, onion, egg, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt and pepper – I use food safe gloves for consistency and full mixing
Mix well to form into uniform 1 1/2 ” balls – I use the smallest scoop.
Place on baking sheet(s) lined with parchment paper. I also spray the paper.
Bake 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
While meatballs are cooking, prepare the sauce.
In medium mixing bowl, add vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, garlic, cornstarch and water.
Whisk until combined
In large sauce pan, stir in the sauce mix and heat for 3 – 4 minutes.
Add meatballs to sauce and toss until fully coated.
Serve with steamed rice.
Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
